Cancellation and Refunds. OCPST has the only right to be flexible here. Cancellations received prior to 30 days prior will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. Due to the limited space and availability and the nature of payments already made to the retreat center, cancellations after the 30 day window will not be accepted. Additionally, OCPST will not accept any chargebacks or other forced credit card refunds in violation of this policy.

If we can, in good faith, fill your spot in advance of the event, a refund minus the $75 administrative fee may be arranged.
